You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it. Content may be reviewed, restricted or removed where it violates these terms, community standards, another person’s rights or applicable law. Removal or moderation does not make Digiwais responsible for user content.

Except for user content and clearly identified third-party material, the website, branding, course materials, articles, recordings, software and other original content are owned by or licensed to Digiwais and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to access purchased or authorised content for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, modify or create derivative commercial materials unless the relevant licence or written permission allows it.

Where a product, course, membership or service is paid, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms and material access conditions should be shown before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before submitting an order.

Payments may be processed by third parties and may be subject to their technical and security requirements. Refund or cancellation rights are governed by the terms displayed for the relevant purchase and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
